Constution
Membership is open to anyone eighteen years old or over who is supportive of the goals of the Mission statement.

Officers shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, and Exibition Director. The current officers and the previous two presidents shall constitute the Board of Directors. The board shall have general supervision of the affairs of the league.

The above constitution may be amended at any annual meeting, and the by-laws which follow may be amended or repealed at any called meeting.
